Guest Rooms

As a boutique property, Duane Street Hotel offers only 45 rooms. Each guestroom design includes oversized loft windows, 11-foot ceilings, and hardwood floors. Custom designed furniture by Paul Vega Architects, wall panels holding plasma televisions and artwork are crafted of natural wood to match the wood plank flooring. The slate bathrooms incorporate natural materials and a glass shower.

Deluxe Rooms feature natural hardwood flooring accented by modern furniture. These rooms can accommodate one or two persons for single accommodations and up to four persons for double/double. Executive Rooms have dark mahogany floors. Both the Deluxe and Executive Rooms offer two floor-to-ceiling windows. The Junior Suite Rooms are richly designed with dark mahogany flooring and mahogany furniture, as well as three floor-to-ceiling windows. Both the Executive Rooms and Junior Suite Rooms can accommodate two people for single accommodations.

Room amenities include a work desk; high-speed and WiFi Internet access, CD/stereo/clock radio with MP3 hookup, plasma television with premium cable channels, iron/ironing board, 17-inch laptop safe, makeup mirror, bathrobes, hairdryer, cordless telephone and voicemail, and Natural Product toiletries from London. Guest beds all feature a state-of-the-art pillow-top mattress with a washable hygienic liner, as well as 100% cotton linens imported from Europe and a luxurious duvet.
